Our History

Founded by two visionary entrepreneurs in the tech devices space, Mr. Sunil Patil and Mr. Ajay Bhagwat, Advaint is driven by a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the evolving needs of modern living.

Mr. Sunil Patil

Mr. Sunil Patil comes with more than 25 years of experience in the Information Technology. In January 2000, he co-founded Ventive, LLC, a web service chain technology company and served as the CEO of the company. After successful acquisition of Mr. Sunil Patil’s companies by UBICS (A UB Group Company) in 2005, Mr. Sunil Patil joined UBICS Management as Vice President Global Solutions. In 2007 Mr. Sunil Patil was promoted as President World Wide Operations. He founded Regius LifeSpaces Pvt. Ltd in 2013 to invest in strategic real estate markets in India and partner with leading developers to develop transparent, quality driven world class Real Estate. In 2015 Mr. Sunil Patil founded a start-up Yavin Technologies Pvt Ltd which focused on developing products that leverage AI at the intersection of IoT and Video analytics.

His companies have won numerous awards, including “The Fastest Growing Services Company” by the Pittsburgh Business Times, “Top 50 Company” by the Pittsburgh Technology Council, the “Inc. 500” fastest-growing companies award, the “Rising Star” award and “Top 10 Internet Software Company”. Mr. Sunil Patil was also recognized as a finalist in the prestigious “Ernst and Young – Entrepreneur of the Year” award in the emerging category in Western Pennsylvania.

Mr. Ajay Bhagwat

Mr. Ajay Bhagwat is the Founder and Managing Director of Renu Electronics, headquartered in Pune, India, and having sales offices in US, Europe and Singapore. After his engineering at IIT-Bombay, he went to the USA, and did his Masters from the University of Iowa. In 1992, he founded Renu Electronics, 100% export oriented unit selling HMIs i.e., front end control panels for industrial control systems. Renu Electronics was one of the few companies in India at that time which was exporting technology to the US and Europe instead of importing it, and since then it has been a leader in the industry in Factory Automation, Industrial IoT, Future Mobility, Smart Home Products, Services and Solution for more than 30 years.

ADVAINT is a joint venture of Renu Electronics Pvt Ltd. This strategic partnership brings together the expertise of two organizations, leveraging their collective knowledge and resources to create groundbreaking solutions that redefine the boundaries of automation systems.
